I stopped at Summerland Hall and picked up out monthly newsletters. They are very colorful and informative. I have been distributing them to our building for two years now.

Relaxing, watching TV and checking some information on my computer is the order of the day.

I'm off tomorrow too. Grocery shopping and more errands are on my schedule.

I had to get back into retail. HHGregg is a very nice appliance, electronics and bedding store. I can sell anything in the store and was specifically trained in high end appliances.

My license is still active and I am staying on top of the changes in the market.

From what I have read, the market is beginning to bottom out... It's not over yet. The foreclosures and short sales are beginning to close. What does that mean to you? If you have a few homes close to your square footage and date built, you price will be pulled down equally. If you are in a new subdivision and the builder is reducing the prices to sell. Guess what? Your value goes down.
