Real Estate is Coming Back

It has started.... Things are looking up in the Real Estate world for Florida. I have been looking for a sign that said sales and prices are increasing and the below information confirms it.

I'm not jumping back in with both feet yet but I am testing the waters. It's time for me to slowly gather my contacts and put feelers out to let people know I'm a Real Estate agent.
